The mission?
Vi är Harold och Marij, odlarna på
Slottet Micro Farm i Torrskog - Bengtsfors
​
Vi tror på att mat ska vara lokal,
regenerativ och djupt förankrad i jorden.
På vår mikro gård odlar vi näringsrika grönsaker med ekologiska metoder, hemmagjord kompost och naturliga odlingssystem.
Helt utan kemiska gödningsmedel.
Vårt uppdrag är enkelt:
att förkorta avståndet mellan jord,
mat och gemenskap.
Vi odlar färska, säsongsanpassade råvaror
för regionen och bygger en gård som tar hand
om ekosystemet, jorden och
människorna som äter från den.
